1. 当压力由p变成p1而粘度、转速不变时,轴功率n:
n = (qp1/3.67η0)[1 (η0/η-1)p/p1] (kw) 式中: q、p均为性能表中列出的接近用户需用要的那一组流量(m3/h)及压力值(mpa); η、η0为在性能表标定的流量、压力时对应的总效率及容积效率。它们可在相应的η-p曲线图中查得。曲线均有离散性,按照"随规格的增大而取大值" 的原则进行取值。 |
